Our stand at Decorex this year was a huge success and we were overwhelmed at the amount of interest and passion we felt for our product. We have always been admired for our classic designs and are so proud of our rich heritage, but it was so lovely to see people who have never heard of Lincrusta fall in love with our latest designs and contemporary finishes. We hope this means a whole new generation that love Lincrusta as much as we do, and will continue our success for another 142 years, and beyond!
A big talking point this year was our hanging wall within the stand where 'Mr. Lincrusta' himself, Technical Manager Andy Sarson, was demonstrating various hanging techniques. He was on hand with the rest of the team to pass on many useful skills for applying Lincrusta and also to share his extensive historical knowledge with visitors.
Also popular this year was our interchangeable demonstration panels which we painted and repainted at various points during the show. These movable panels showed the infinite decorative effects possible with Lincrusta. Visitors were able to see for themselves the process and products used to create stunning finishes like this.
