The unprecedented events of this year meant that Focus /20 would be very different from previous shows and the top priority was the safety and well-being of the Chelsea Harbour community and visitors.
The Design Centre developed new ways of showcasing collections by creating a virtual programme of all events. The week before Focus/20, a camera crew visited our showroom and filmed our lovely showroom manager, Katia. Passionate about Lincrusta, Katia gave a personable and informative presentation including everything from linseed to Picasso! If you missed this or would just like to see it again, you can view here.
This exciting new format also included an enhanced Focus/20 microsite on the Design Centre website, which was another tool to offer an even more global reach, and compensated for the inevitable decrease in visitors. You can view our collection and download the brochure here.
In an industry that has been starved of physical business for some time, Focus/20 offered positivity and new ideas on how we can communicate with customers now and going forward. Our technical manager, Andy Sarson, also did a turn in front of the camera and presented our first Instagram live session. Always the professional, Andy answered many questions from viewers as they were coming in, and did an excellent demonstration of quite a few decorating techniques. This is now on our IGTV and you can view this here.
We look forward to a time when we can meet you all in person at future exhibitions, but before then you can register on our website and keep up to date with any news and useful information. All our products are available on our website and our Instagram page is ever changing and packed full of thousands of ideas so take a look and be inspired.
Please email us at Enquiries@lincrusta.com if we can help with anything.
