A month where we featured 3 times in Channel 4’s Renovation Nation, the restoration of Greystonedale Manor in Northumberland was a highlight; featuring both a historical Lincrusta design and one from our current collection.

Joanne and Geoff enlisted the help of George Bogovic, Lincrusta restorer, who consulted and advised on how to return the damaged ceiling back to its former glory.  Then using the Lincrusta kit, he took an impression of the pattern, and used the mould to recreate panels of the pattern in his workshop, to be seamlessly integrated into the existing Lincrusta.

To complete the look, George proposed Passeri. Tentative at first because of perceived scale, the homeowners, were delighted how it enveloped the room in their choice of soft pink hue, to create a beautifully grand yet warmly welcoming reception room.
